A NOTE ON TRUST / 01
Your privacy.
Clearly explained.
What happens to your information when you explore this portfolio, start a conversation, or book a meeting.
Who this notice is for
This notice covers the Abhizit portfolio and the handling of enquiries and meeting bookings made through its links. The portfolio presents the independent work of Abhijit Singh.
The legal operator’s details are pending confirmation before publication.
The portfolio does not have visitor accounts, payment processing, a contact-form database, or visitor analytics. This does not mean that no personal information is processed: meeting bookings and conversations involve personal information.
When you browse
Pages, fonts, and portfolio artwork are served as part of this website. No analytics tags, advertising pixels, or embedded booking scheduler are included in the portfolio.
Hosting services may process IP addresses, request details, and security information to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider and its log-retention details are being verified for the final notice.
You can accept or decline optional preference storage. The motion setting is remembered between visits only after you accept and use the motion control. Declining keeps the control available for the current page and removes the saved setting. Neither record contains your name, email, or booking information, and the portfolio does not send these records to a server.
When you book a conversation
The portfolio calendar opens a confirmation dialog. Continuing takes you to Cal.com, where you choose an event and a time, enter your details, and confirm the booking. Opening the portfolio dialog does not create a booking or send your details to Cal.com.
The current 15-minute and 30-minute booking forms require your name and email address. Additional notes and guests are optional. Only include information relevant to the conversation, and invite guests only when you have permission to share their details.
Booking information is used to arrange and hold the meeting, send necessary scheduling communications, handle changes, and respond to your enquiry. It is not permission to add you to a marketing list.
- Booking details: name, email, selected event, date, time, timezone, and meeting location.
- Optional information: additional notes and guest details you choose to provide.
- Related records: confirmations, booking status, relevant correspondence, and cancellation or rescheduling information where provided.
Who helps deliver the meeting
Cal.com handles scheduling. For booking data processed on the host’s behalf, Cal.com describes its role as a processor and the host’s role as controller. Cal.com also has its own responsibilities for activities described in its privacy policy.
Meeting details may be shared with the connected calendar, email, and video services needed to provide your booking. The event location shown on Cal.com tells you which meeting service is used. At the last review, the 15-minute event used Google Meet and the 30-minute event used Cal Video; these settings must be rechecked before publication.
Provider processing can take place outside your country. Cal.com’s privacy policy and Trust Center describe its processing locations, subprocessors, and transfer safeguards. Google describes its own processing in its privacy policy. The final notice must reflect the integrations actually enabled for this account.
Recording, transcription, and AI meeting-note settings must be checked before publication. Any such feature requires a clear explanation of its purpose, recipients, retention, and any required permission before it is used.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to a request, arrange a meeting, discuss a possible project, and operate the website securely. The appropriate legal basis depends on the activity and applicable law.
Where GDPR applies, responding to a request about a prospective contract may rely on steps requested before entering that contract; proportionate service administration and security may rely on legitimate interests. Consent is sought where it is required for a specific optional activity, and legal obligations may require particular records. The operator must confirm the applicable bases before the final notice is published.
External social-profile links open services with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply to interactions there; relevant enquiries received through those services are still handled for the purpose of your conversation.
How long information is kept
Active booking information is kept until the booking is resolved. For completed or cancelled bookings that do not become client projects, the selected retention limit is 90 days after the last substantive interaction. A routine website visit does not restart that period.
The final retention procedure covers organizer-controlled Cal.com records, calendar entries, and related email. It uses manual cleanup rather than an automatic deletion system. The available deletion process is being verified before this draft becomes effective.
Cancelling a meeting is not the same as deleting its personal information. Provider backups, security records, and copies in attendees’ own inboxes or calendars may have separate retention rules and cannot all be removed by the portfolio operator.
If an enquiry becomes a client project, the relevant contract and legal obligations determine the records that need to be retained. Any required legal hold or other exception must be limited and documented.
Your choices
You can browse without booking, leave optional booking notes blank, and change or withdraw optional-storage consent in Cookie settings. Clearing the motion setting alone does not change your consent choice. Access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent may be available depending on the processing and applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
Use the operator’s public privacy contact for requests about booking information under their control. Requests involving provider-held information may require coordination with that provider. No claim is made that deleting one record automatically deletes every copy elsewhere.
Questions & requests
The public privacy contact and legal operator are being confirmed. This is a draft notice; those details must be completed before it is published as an effective policy. Cal.com can also help route requests about information held through its service.
