Abhizit is a portfolio of independent digital work and services. These website-use terms explain the intended use of its content and booking links. This draft is not a client services agreement.
The legal operator and contracting details must be confirmed before these terms take effect.
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website, misuse meeting links, or submit misleading or abusive booking information.
Portfolio content & ownership
Original portfolio text, design, and artwork remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their owners. Viewing the website does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse its content.
Case studies and testimonials marked as drafts or coming soon are illustrative placeholders. They are not claims of completed client work, verified testimonials, or guaranteed results. Service descriptions and custom-quote labels are an invitation to discuss scope.
Booking a meeting
Clicking the portfolio calendar opens a dialog; it does not reserve a date or time. You leave the portfolio to select a live slot and complete the booking on Cal.com. Review the event, timezone, meeting location, and confirmation there.
The portfolio displays general availability in India Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata). Actual slots depend on the event’s configured schedule, calendar conflicts, notice periods, and buffers. The Cal.com booking page is the source of live availability.
Supply accurate contact information so scheduling messages can reach you. Email delivery and whether an invitation appears automatically in your calendar can depend on your email and calendar settings.
Following a booking link does not subscribe you to marketing. Accepting optional storage on the portfolio does not accept these terms, sign a project agreement, or consent to Cal.com’s cookies. Cal.com’s own terms and privacy information apply to its service.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Use the cancellation or rescheduling options provided with your Cal.com confirmation where available. If a link is unavailable or you need help, reply to the booking correspondence or use the published contact details.
Changes are subject to the availability and settings of the selected event. This portfolio does not impose a cancellation fee or promise refunds through these website-use terms. Any paid engagement requires its own agreed terms.
Cancellation does not automatically erase booking records. Data-retention and deletion requests are explained in the privacy policy.
From conversation to client work
A meeting is an opportunity to discuss an idea. It does not create a commitment to accept a project, fix a price, deliver a particular outcome, or start work.
Before paid work begins, scope, deliverables, timing, fees, ownership, and the eligible contracting parties must be agreed separately. Do not send passwords, payment details, confidential client data, or other unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes.
External services & availability
Cal.com, meeting services, and social platforms operate separately from the portfolio. Review the terms and privacy information of services you choose to use. Their availability and behavior can change.
The portfolio is maintained with care, but uninterrupted availability or error-free content is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
